Process

I work in cut-paper collage, for the most part. Sometimes it's like putting puzzle pieces together. For A Space for Me I had to do some paper weaving, too. This old chair appears three times in the book. Here are some photos of how I put it together for one of the pages.

    

If you look at the top of the chair, you can see the little ant that stopped by to check for quality control while I was working!
